Before our journey to Europe, my buddies and I went to the Wizz Air London Office. The staff there was really helpful when we had queries concerning boarding cards and baggage regulations. The staff was amiable and professional, and they provided clear explanations of everything. The office was clearly marked and had a really pleasant appearance. Instead of sitting on hold for customer care, it was wonderful to speak with someone face-to-face. We departed with a sense of readiness and anticipation for our journey. I’m very happy we attended, and I would definitely go back.
