With many of places to eat and shop, the terminal provides a contemporary, roomy setting. The personnel was efficient and kind, and the check-in process went well. A highlight of the trip for Upper Class passengers was having access to the lounge, which offered a tranquil setting before takeoff. Overall, a pleasurable experience that makes flying with Virgin Atlantic an excellent decision. Just be sure to come early so you can maneuver around the busy terminal!
