The symptoms of a silent heart attack are milder than those of a typical heart attack. Silent heart attack symptoms are often misdiagnosed as other illnesses. The patient may choose to dismiss symptoms that seem as simple as weariness, heartburn, muscle soreness, indigestion, or dizziness. They can find out they’ve had a heart attack if they’re checked for additional symptoms.
