Vietnam Airlines is based at London Heathrow’s Terminal 4, and everything about my trip went smoothly. Check-in at Vietnam Airlines LHR Terminal was swift, and the staff was helpful. The lounge was a pleasant extra—clean, peaceful, and cozy—and security lines moved quickly. Everything went well and on schedule, including the boarding process. All in all, it was a luxurious, stress-free vacation. Vietnam Airlines Terminal 4 is unquestionably a good option if you’re traveling to Vietnam. I would take another flight with them.
