Hello! As soon as we stepped inside the United Airlines ORD Terminal was struck by how roomy and new everything seemed. The check-in section was very well-organized, with lots of self-check-in stations to keep the process simple and speedy—ideal when you have children. We missed out on long queues, and that made the experience so much more manageable. The stations were easy to use, and before we knew it, we were done. I also enjoyed the attitude of the staff—they were welcoming without being intrusive. It’s little things like this that made our stay so easy and hassle-free, and we felt properly looked after the whole time.
