Hello, It was a delightful experience flying with United Airlines from Mexico International Airport beginning with the check-in experience. The personnel at the counters were highly professional, welcoming passengers with a friendly smile and offering them a smooth experience through the process. Though the airport was crowded, the lines were not long, and I was able to check in without any anxiety. There were also self-check-in machines available for people who were running late, so there was a faster alternative. The employees were quite helpful in answering queries regarding baggage and travel documents. I enjoyed the quick service that enabled me to move through security and get to my gate with sufficient time. The detail-oriented and courteous customer service at United Airlines ensured my beginning of the journey was smooth. All in all, I felt nicely attended to, which made it simpler to wind down before taking my flight.
