I had an awesome time in the United Airlines JFK Terminal. My check-in and security procedures were quick and simple because of the friendly and accommodating staff. With lots of seating and adequate signs, the terminal was tidy and welcoming. The onboard staff was polite and helpful, and my flight arrived on schedule. It was a smooth and enjoyable experience all around. I appreciate the excellent service and will definitely take another flight with United!
