A Linksys Velop yellow light node means your Wi-Fi signal is degraded. It could be due to obstructions in its physical environment, or perhaps because it’s too far from the main node, or interference with other electronic devices. Try positioning the node closer to a more central location than where it sits now or at least closer to the main node. Make sure thick walls and large metallic objects don’t obstruct the signals between the nodes. If the problem persists, verify if interference is being generated from other available Wi-Fi networks and electronic devices, with adjustments in nodes’ positioning, accordingly.
