I am a traveler and recently at the Turkish Airlines Addis Ababa Office the personnel were well-informed about flight alternatives and were kind and helpful. They took the time to respond to all of my inquiries and made bookings simple for me. It was pleasant to visit the office because it was neat and well-organized. They helped me fast, which I appreciated because it made travel planning easier. All in all, I had an excellent experience, and I will definitely be using Turkish Airlines again!
