I recently flew with Austrian Airlines for a long-haul flight from New York to Vienna, and I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I arrived at the airport, the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff at the counter were friendly and helpful, answering all my questions with a smile.
The onboard experience was also fantastic. The cabin crew were attentive and professional, ensuring that passengers were comfortable throughout the flight. The seats were spacious, and even though it was a long flight, I had enough legroom to stretch out and feel comfortable. The entertainment system had a great selection of movies, TV shows, and music, which helped pass the time.
The food was surprisingly good for an airline meal, with a choice of meals that catered to different dietary preferences. I opted for the vegetarian option, which was flavorful and well-prepared.
