- Soaked urad daal
- Curd
- Baking Powder
- Milk
- Chaat masala

How to make Tasty Dahi Bhalla:
- To make super soft Dahi Bhalla, first wash the urad dal thoroughly. After this, soak it in water for about 3 hours. Then remove it from the water and grind it with the help of a mixer to make a paste.
- Now add hing powder to the prepared paste and mix well. Beat the prepared paste until it becomes light and shiny.
- After this, mix roasted cumin, green chilies, ginger, coriander, cashews, raisins, and salt as per taste in the urad dal paste.
- Now at low flame, heat a pan. When the oil is hot, prepare Bhallas from the prepared dal paste and put them in the pan. Before preparing the Bhallas, apply a little oil on your hands so that the Bhallas can be prepared better.
- Deep fry the Bhallas till they become light golden. When the Bhallas are prepared, put them in hot salt water and leave them for some time.
- By doing this, the excess oil of the Bhallas will drain out and they will become very soft.
- Similarly, prepare Bhallas from all the lentil paste.
- Now squeeze out the water from the prepared Bhallas put them on a plate and sprinkle sweet curd, tamarind chutney, green coriander leaves, pomegranate seeds, chaat masala, garam masala, and a little roasted cumin seeds on top of it.
- Now, our super soft Dahi Bhallas full of taste are ready to be served.
Important Tips:
- To make good and soft dahi bhalla, it is most important that we add some moong dal along with urad dal.
- Be sure to add salt before grinding the lentils in the mixer
- Before frying the bhalla, stir the batter well with your hands for 5-10 minutes so that the batter becomes light.
