I am a traveler and recently at the Spirit Airlines San Jose Office all of my inquiries concerning flights and services were promptly addressed by the knowledgeable and amiable staff. I had no issue finding what I needed because the office was well-kept and simple to use. I appreciated how the ticket options and costs were explained clearly. Despite the somewhat cramped waiting area, the welcoming staff made my stay enjoyable. I felt assured and prepared for my journey when I departed. I advise other travelers to use this office.
