Hello! My flight from the Southwest Airlines MIA Terminal was a breeze. I had two children with me, and I must say the entire experience was very family-oriented. We flew through check-in and security, and there were even some warm corners to sit and play games with the kids. The crew were friendly and understanding, particularly while boarding. I especially loved how clean the restrooms and seating areas were. There’s something about a well-managed terminal that makes flying less stressful. Southwest obviously has an excellent crew. I wouldn’t think twice about using this terminal again for future family vacations.
