Hi, I just traveled through the Southwest Airlines DCA Terminal and I was impressed overall with the organization and efficiency. The customer service was excellent, with friendly personnel helping travelers along the way. The facilities at the terminal are wonderful, with clean toilets, diverse food choices, and a clean waiting area. Boarding was efficient and orderly, and there were clear directions given by the airline. I also enjoyed the consistent Wi-Fi, which enabled me to remain connected as I waited for my flight. Overall, I had a very positive experience with Southwest Airlines, and I would certainly prefer to fly out of here again.
