Hello! I just went to the Southwest Airlines Cancún Office and I have to say that I was impressed by how easy and hassle-free the experience was. I got there early to check in for my return flight to the U.S., and the people were very friendly and helpful. The office was tidy, large, and well-arranged, which made the check-in process quick and hassle-free. I had a few questions regarding my checked luggage and whether it would be safe to leave it at the office for a short while before my flight, and the staff went above and beyond to give me reassurance. They even took the time to explain the local baggage policies and helped me avoid any potential issues when heading to the airport. One thing I really enjoyed was that they had bilingual employees, as I only know basic Spanish. They had flawless English, and this made it all so much easier for me. The counter line was small, and I didn’t wait very long at all to be helped, which was a welcome surprise given how touristy Cancún can become.
