The personnel were competent and pleasant, and check-in went smoothly. The food and beverages at the lounge were excellent and it was cozy. The flight crew ensured that everything went on schedule, and boarding was done efficiently. All in all, a flawless journey that showcases Singapore Airlines’ excellent service.
