Signs your Body is Releasing Trauma

Antaratma Happiness Centre helps you understand how your body heals from trauma. Watch for these signs your body is releasing trauma: you might feel tingly, muscles relaxing, or changes in sleep/eating. You could suddenly cry or feel up and down emotionally.

As you heal, your body feels less tense, you breathe easier, and pain might decrease. These are good signs of letting go! Be kind to yourself and get support if needed. You can heal!
