The SAS personnel were approachable, effective, and supportive during the entire journey, from check-in to boarding. The lounge area was tidy and cozy, offering ample seating and good facilities for a smaller terminal. I also valued the punctuality of the boarding process—everything proceeded smoothly without any unnecessary delays. Although the dining and retail choices were somewhat restricted, this is typical for a regional terminal, and the overall convenience compensated for it significantly. When traveling with SAS from MHD, anticipate a straightforward, efficient journey accompanied by polite service and a relaxed environment. Certainly a great option if you favor smaller airports with fewer complications.
