Registering a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) in India is a step by step process. at first, each partner needs to get a Director Identification Number (DIN) and Digital Signature Certificate (DSC). After that, they must submit an application for name approval via the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) website. Following name approval, the MCA must receive the LLP Agreement and incorporation documentation. A Certificate of Incorporation is issued by the Registrar of Companies (ROC) upon verification.
