The jigarthanda milk is very creamy in taste with a refreshing feeling of something special. The thick and tasty drink contains lesser milk content, is sweetened with sugar, flavored with nannari (sarsaparilla) syrup, along with a silky feel owing to special ingredients such as badam pisin (edible almond gum), added on top, and is even made more creamier with a hint of homemade ice cream.
