They took time to answer all of my queries and made me conscious of my options in case of a booking. The process was smooth and incident-free because the office was clean and organized. They attended to my needs, which consisted of changing my reservation, with the utmost efficiency that I should appreciate. Overall, I received excellent service and was taken care of well. To anyone traveling, I’d say the office to go to is the Lufthansa one in Calgary.
