At Sydney Terminal my interaction with KLM Airlines SYD Terminal was positive. During check-in the staff was polite and helpful and the terminal was clean and well-kept. From the security check to the boarding process everything happened without a hitch. The entire flight had excellent service and was comfortable. I had a great experience and would suggest KLM to anyone looking for hassle-free flying.
