Ingredients:

  • one cup semolina
  • red chili powder-
  • half cup curd
  • chopped tomato
  • chopped capsicum
  • chopped onion
  • chopped chilli
  • salt
  • black chili powder
  • ginger
  • chopped coriander

Procedure of Suji uttapam:

 

  1. Medium semolina should be used to make this vegetable Suji Uttapam recipe, it makes it better.
  2. To make it, first of all, put semolina, curd, and salt in a big bowl mix it well, and keep it aside for some time. After some time the semolina will swell.
  3. Now mix all the vegetables like chopped onion, chopped tomato, capsicum, coriander, etc. in a separate vessel.
  4. Now grease a nonstick pan with little oil. Keep the flame medium.
  5. Now spread the batter in the pan with a big spoon or a tablespoon and also put the vegetables on top of the batter.
  6. Then cover it with a lid and fry it well.
  7. Then fry it upside down.
  8. Semolina Uttapam is ready.
  9. Serve it hot with some chutney.
