Aside from a few small hiccups, my interaction with Frontier Airlines STL Terminal was generally easy and effective. The check-in procedure was simple from the time I got to the airport. Because Frontier has self-service kiosks, printing my boarding pass is quick and simple. A few airline employees were also on hand to serve travelers in need, and they were courteous and quick to respond to inquiries. Although the line occasionally moved slowly because of the large number of travelers, the baggage drop-off procedure was straightforward.
The STL Terminal’s security check was well run, and I noticed that the lines moved along at a decent clip. The procedure wasn’t very stressful, and the TSA officers were professional. There were good seating places for travelers waiting, and the terminal itself was tidy and well-kept. But I found that there weren’t many options for eating and shopping. Although there were a few eateries and places to grab food on the run, the selection was not as good as in larger airports. It’s advisable to arrive early if you intend to eat before your trip in order to find what you need.
The boarding procedure was effectively run. Passengers were led in a systematic manner, and Frontier’s boarding areas were properly marked. Everything went perfectly thanks to the professional and amiable airline employees at the gate. After boarding, the aircraft was spotless, and the seating was simple but adequate for a low-cost carrier. The seats didn’t recline and there wasn’t much legroom, but that’s typical with Frontier. Because it’s a very low-cost airline, extra charges apply for things like in-flight refreshments, snacks, and carry-on luggage, so it’s best to prepare ahead.
One big advantage was that the airplane left on time. In addition to making sure that safety protocols were followed and helping passengers when necessary, the crew members were polite and competent. Frontier Airlines delivers on price and efficiency even though they don’t have many extras. The luggage arrived on schedule, the landing went smoothly, and navigating baggage claim at STL was simple.
I had a good overall experience flying with Frontier Airlines in the STL Terminal. Although the airline’s low-key strategy results in fewer amenities, its affordable prices make it a fantastic choice for travelers on a tight budget. It can be a practical and reasonably priced mode of transportation if you’re ready to pay extra for frills. For short-distance travel where cost is the primary consideration, I might think about flying with them once more.
