My experience at the Frontier Airlines New York Office was mixed. The office was easy to find, located in a handy place, and the personnel were courteous. However, the wait time was longer than planned, which was somewhat disappointing. Once I was attended to, the customer support professional was helpful in addressing my concerns. I appreciated their politeness, however I believe the office might benefit from a more simplified approach to reduce wait times. Overall, it was a decent experience, albeit efficiency may be improved.
