I just went to the Frontier Airlines Chicago Office and I was pleasantly impressed by what I saw. When I had any issues concerning my impending journey, the personnel was incredibly helpful and kind. My wait time was short, and the office was well-organized. They were very transparent about the check-in procedure and my baggage.
