When I went to the Emirates Airlines Rome office, I was quite amazed at how well everything ran. Conveniently situated in the center of Rome, the office is built to serve passengers effectively and elegantly, perfectly capturing Emirates’ global image.
I understood right away why so many people choose their services when I first stepped in. No matter their background, every traveler felt understood and helped by the incredibly kind staff and their bilingual skills. With care and skill, the team answered all of the questions, whether they had to do with scheduling a flight, handling a cancellation, or just inquiring about travel regulations.
Several passengers were receiving assistance with their Emirates Skywards accounts, as I observed. It’s fantastic that the office helps members of reward programs redeem miles or improve their reservations by offering them individualized service.
Their proactive approach to problem-solving was what most impressed me. The staff went above and above to find the misplaced luggage of one tourist and make sure it was delivered on time. They obviously placed a high importance on client satisfaction.
It seemed as if they were entering an extension of their onboard experience—luxury, care, and attention to detail—when they visited the Emirates Airlines Rome Office. It’s a center for first-rate service, not just an office.
