ORIENTATION AND PEDAGOGY
- The program includes 2 years of arduous ‘hands-on’ expansion of skills and proficiencies in the Assisted Reproduction Technology laboratories & the associated healthcare organizations. During the two years, the students will be undertaking research project of their choice under the guidance of mentor.
- The pedagogy includes synchronous & asynchronous mode of academic delivery, discussions, case studies and presentations, which will enhance the caliber of students and make them aware of international standards, latest developments and knowledge levels. For practical “hands-on” training, the training is conducted at various Assisted Reproduction Technology laboratories for evaluation of the fertility status and predict the treatment outcome.
- The student also pursues Summer Internships (SIP), On-Job Training (OJT) with the Healthcare Industry, Hospitals – Private & Government, Assisted Reproduction Technology laboratories & services & Research Institutes, providing them with a direct exposure to the Healthcare Industry for better opportunities.
