I recently had the pleasure of flying with Austrian Airlines on a long-haul trip from New York to Vienna, and I must say I was extremely impressed. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the staff at the counter were incredibly kind and accommodating. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel welcomed.
Once onboard, the experience continued to impress. The cabin crew were courteous and attentive, ensuring that everyone was comfortable and well taken care of. The seats were quite spacious, and I had plenty of legroom even on such a long flight. The entertainment system offered a wide variety of options, from movies to TV shows, making the time pass quickly.
The meals were also a highlight of the flight. I chose the vegetarian option, and it was delicious, fresh, and well-seasoned—definitely not what you’d expect from typical airline food.
My arrival in Vienna was smooth, and my luggage was among the first to come out. All in all, Austrian Airlines provided a fantastic experience, from the efficient check-in to the great in-flight service. I’ll definitely consider flying with them again for my next European adventure.
