Thanks to the helpful and kind staff, the check-in procedure went quickly and easily. The actual station was roomy and simple to use, with many places to sit and eat to keep us comfortable. The range of food establishments that provided everything from light snacks to substantial dinners was particularly noteworthy to us. The free Wi-Fi at the airport added to the pleasure of the wait. Throughout, the personnel were polite and helpful, and boarding was well-organized. Our vacation was hassle-free and delightful because of British Airways’ outstanding service at MSP. I would absolutely suggest taking a flight with them!
