The check-in counters were easily identified, and British Airways staff members were very professional and friendly. British Airways Los Angeles Airport helped with my baggage as well as selected my seat before sending me away with everything prepared for my trip. It wasn’t too hectic, but one should always allow enough time due to the level of activity going on at LAX. It was the same with security-the lines moved just fast enough and the TSA guys were professional at all times. And if you have TSA PreCheck or Global Entry, it gets even easier.
