I am a traveler and recently the British Airways Dominica Office staff was very friendly and well informed, providing me with good advice on how to manage the transfer of my travel organizing. It was comfortable and the office atmosphere was very clean. They replied to my queries immediately and resolved issues with the booking in a quick, professional manner whilst smiling. I very much appreciated their patience and attention to detail. To be honest, it was better than I had ever expected, which took the hassle out of planning my trip.
