I had a great time at the Avianca Airlines IAD Terminal. The check-in was fast and easy, courtesy of the nice and helpful staff. Security lines moved in a smooth pace, thus there was no waiting time. The terminal was clean, spacious, and offered a lot of seating, so it was a pleasant area where I could sit and relax before the flight. I also liked the charging stations and restaurants available. Boarding was well-organized, and everything flew smoothly. Overall, flying Avianca from Washington Dulles was an effortless and pleasant experience.
