Xcel Health FCP is instrumental in supporting primary care across the UK through the Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS) program. We focus on providing First Contact Practitioners , who independently assess, diagnose, and treat musculoskeletal conditions without GP referrals. Alongside FCPs, we supply clinical pharmacists, paramedics, and health coaches to enhance primary care services. By reducing the administrative burden on GPs, we enable faster, more efficient access to care.
