Not at the Aegean Airlines Hong Kong Office where I had an absolutely amazing experience! The staff was quite competent in helping me adjust my travel reservation, and they knew a great deal about baggage. We also got some good travel advice. Overall service is great, and joining the Aegean Miles+Bonus program has made my travels even more valuable. I really liked the office’s location close to the airport. Without a doubt, I will suggest it to everyone flying with Aegean Airlines.
