This fee is mandatory for children aged 8 to 11 traveling alone on direct, non-stop domestic flights within Canada. For children aged 12 to 17, the service is optional, but if selected, the same fee applies. The fee covers comprehensive care, including check-in assistance, in-flight supervision, and escorting the child to the designated guardian at the destination.
