Hi, Our experience traveling through Turkish Airlines EWR Terminal was fantastic. Traveling with three children can be overwhelming, but Turkish Airlines made it feel effortless. The check-in process was quick, and the staff provided excellent customer service. They helped us with our stroller and bags and gave us the option to check in early due to traveling with kids. The terminal was tidy, large, and featured lots of family-friendly facilities, such as a separate children’s play area. We enjoyed the special care taken for families, as we boarded ahead of time and settled in nicely. The Turkish Airlines staff was top-notch—patient, friendly, and caring towards our children. They kept them amused with little gifts, crayons, and treats. The meal options were great, and the children enjoyed the special in-flight services. This was, hands down, one of the best travel experiences we’ve had as a family. Turkish Airlines made our trip a memorable one. We’ll definitely fly with them again.
