A serene, friendly ambiance pervaded the clean, contemporary office, setting the tone for a wonderful voyage right away.The smooth check-in and the ease of answering any questions were the most notable aspects of the experience. I felt appreciated and prioritized as a customer during the encounter, which went above a normal office visit. British Airways really gave me a VIP treatment.
