Join or Start a Zoom Meeting
Open the Zoom app on your computer or mobile device and join an ongoing meeting or start a new one. Ensure you have the necessary permissions if you’re not the host. 🖥️
Click on “Share Screen”
Look for the green “Share Screen” button at the bottom of your Zoom window. Click on it to open the sharing options.
Select What to Share
You will see multiple options, such as:
- Entire Screen – Shares everything visible on your screen.
- Specific Window – Shares only a particular app or document.
- Whiteboard – Allows you to draw or write collaboratively.
- iPhone/iPad via AirPlay or Cable – If you want to mirror an Apple device.
Click “Share”
Once you’ve selected the content, click the blue “Share” button. Your participants will now see your shared screen.
