Over the past 20 years, minimally invasive surgical procedures have increased in popularity, feasibility, and efficiency for the treatment of various spinal problems. Numerous studies have demonstrated the advantages of these methods over the open approach. Numerous minimally invasive spine surgeries (MISSs) have been created in response to the shortcomings of open spine surgery. Among their advantages are small skin incisions, reduced tissue damage, quick healing, and a shorter hospital stay. On the other hand, the clinical results are comparable to open surgery. There was a cap on the total number of indications that could be set for all spinal illnesses. However, because medical infrastructure has advanced mechanically and technologically, the indications for MISSs have improved.
