The following documents must be attached when filing an application with the BIS Licensing Authorities.
Basic Applicant Information: – Pest Control Certificate – Incorporation Certificate – NOC from State Pollution Control Board – Layout Design of the Mineral Water Plant – Trademark Details for the Brand – Partnership Deed in Case of Partnership Firm – Sanctioned Electric Load Capacity of the Plant – Water Test Report from BIS Authorized Test Labs – Factory License Registration Certificate if Required – Medical Details or Certificate of Workers in the Plant – Land Ownership Proof
