Hello there, I have been traveling under the alias Jack for some time now. I was amazed by the quality of service I received from the Swiss Air Abu Dhabi office on my most recent trip. I was taken care of and made to feel comfortable right away. I was captivated by the excellent in-flight entertainment throughout the duration of the journey. For going above and above to make sure I was comfortable, the personnel really stood out. Everything from arrival to check-in proceeded really easily.
