How to eSign with Aadhaar?

Nowadays, eSign has become widely popular and is being used by many industries including fintech and insurance. eSign with aadhaar often uses OTP verification sent to the registered mobile number or registered mail. In any case, if the signer has not linked their mobile number with aadhaar or they fail to provide the OTP, then in that case it is not possible to eSign using aadhaar.
