I must add that my recent visit to the Cathay Pacific Paris Office was enjoyable. I was unsure of what to do because I had a last-minute problem with my ticket. The employees were composed and kind. They listened to my issue and promptly provided me with an excellent solution. The wait time was brief, and the office itself was spotless. I was quite pleased with the assistance I got. I felt more comfortable traveling with Cathay Pacific after that. Many thanks to the helpful staff!
