Traveling with a large family can be overwhelming, especially when it involves international flights and multiple preferences. Thankfully, the British Airways Skopje Office made our recent trip to the UK a seamless and pleasant experience. We were traveling with three children and my elderly father, so we required extra care and coordination. The staff at the office went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. They not only helped us choose a flight schedule that worked around nap times for the kids but also ensured that my father’s special dietary needs were met. They arranged wheelchair support, bulkhead seats for more space, and even gave us tips for navigating London Heathrow. We were especially grateful for their calm and patient attitude. They answered all our questions, helped us fill out travel forms, and ensured we were fully informed about COVID-related travel guidelines and health protocols. The check-in process, boarding, and in-flight services were all well-coordinated thanks to their advance planning. The crew onboard was also fantastic, and we believe that the groundwork laid by the Skopje Office made that possible. This office embodies what excellent customer service should be. British Airways has certainly earned our loyalty through this experience.
